Aircon Servicing
Websites for Aircon Servicing Businesses in Singapore
The moment a homeowner notices their aircon is not blowing cold, they do not wait. They pick up the phone that is already in their hand, open Google, and search for someone who can come and fix it — usually today.
They type something like "aircon servicing Singapore" or "aircon not cold", then tap the first result that looks legit and has an obvious way to get in touch. Most of them never fill in a form. They WhatsApp you, or they call.
If your website has no visible WhatsApp button and no clear service area, you are quietly losing jobs every day — to a competitor whose site makes it easy. That is the gap I close.
Why most aircon enquiries happen on mobile, not desktop
When a unit stops cooling, nobody walks over to their laptop. They reach for their phone, usually from the sofa or the bedroom, hot and a little annoyed. That is the exact moment your website has to do its job.
The searches I see most often are "aircon servicing Singapore", "aircon not cold fix", "aircon chemical wash near me", and "same-day aircon repair". These are not people doing research. They want the problem gone, and they want it gone now.
On a phone, they do not read — they scan. They are hunting for four things: a phone number, a WhatsApp button, the areas you cover, and a rough price. If those are not obvious in the first few seconds, they tap back and try the next listing.
Speed settles it. A site that loads in under two seconds gets the call. A slow one gets skipped before the hero image even appears. That is why I build every aircon website mobile-first — the desktop version comes second, because that is not where the enquiry happens.
If you are comparing what a proper trade site looks like, my web design packages for Singapore businesses lay out exactly what I build for service companies like yours.
I build similar sites for plumbing businesses — you can see the approach on my plumbing website design page where the same call-first thinking applies.
Common mistakes I see on aircon company websites
No WhatsApp button — or it is buried at the bottom
WhatsApp is how most Singapore homeowners prefer to enquire. If it is not floating and visible on mobile, they will not go hunting for it — they will message the next company that makes it easy.
The phone number is hidden in the footer
Your number should sit in the navigation, visible without scrolling. Someone with a unit that will not cool is not a patient customer. Make calling you one tap, not a treasure hunt.
No mention of the areas you serve
Customers want to know you cover their district before they even enquire. A simple line like "I service Jurong, Tampines, Bishan" converts far better than a page about your company history.
Prices nowhere on the site
I am not asking you to list every price. But a "servicing from $45" line filters out the tyre-kickers and builds trust with the customers who are genuinely ready to book.
Slow pages weighed down by heavy images
An aircon customer searching at 11pm is hot and irritated. A page that takes five seconds to load will lose them before the hero loads. Big, unoptimised photos are usually the cause.
What aircon customers actually look for before they contact you
By the time someone lands on your site, they have already decided they need help. They are only checking whether you are the right person to call. The first thing they want is clear evidence you cover their area — district names, estates, regions, anything that says "yes, I come to you".
Next is a starting price. Even a range is enough. "Chemical wash from $90" tells them you are upfront and saves both of you a pointless back-and-forth before any work is even discussed.
Then they look for proof you are real and good — Google reviews, ideally embedded or shown as screenshots. A 4.8 rating with a few hundred reviews does more than any paragraph of copy ever could.
After that, they want a fast way to reach you. WhatsApp first, phone second, a form a distant third. And they want a sense of how quickly you can come, so a "same-day" or "next morning" line often seals it.
What they do not care about: your company history, your mission statement, or how many years you have been in business. That can sit further down the page. Lead with what helps them decide.
I build similar sites for electrical businesses — you can see the approach on my electrician websites page, where trust signals matter just as much before someone picks up the phone.
Features I recommend for every aircon website
Floating WhatsApp button
Visible at every scroll position on mobile, opening a pre-filled message like "Hi, I'd like to enquire about aircon servicing." One tap and the conversation has already started.
Click-to-call number in the navigation
Tapping the number on a phone starts the call immediately. No copy-pasting, no friction — exactly what an impatient customer with a warm room wants.
Service area section or page
Every district and estate you cover, listed clearly. It tells customers you are available before they enquire, and it helps Google match you to local searches.
Pricing transparency section
A "chemical wash from $XX" style section. Not a full price list — just enough to anchor expectations and set you apart from the businesses that hide their prices.
Google review integration
Your reviews embedded directly or shown as screenshots. 4.8 stars from 200 reviews is far more convincing than anything I could write about you.
Service reminder opt-in
An optional WhatsApp or email reminder so customers book their next service on time. It quietly turns a one-time customer into a repeat booking.
Service-specific pages for SEO
Separate pages for servicing, chemical wash, gas top-up, installation and repair. Each one targets its own keyword and captures search traffic the homepage alone would miss.

What an aircon website looks like when it is done right
I built CoolBreeze Aircon Services as a working demo to show exactly how I would approach an aircon company website. If you want to talk through how this would work for your business, book a free website consultation.
Here is what to notice when you look at it:
- The floating WhatsApp button that stays put as you scroll on mobile
- The service area map in the middle of the page
- How pricing is shown without turning into a full price list
- The "check availability" widget built into the hero

Aircon website questions I get asked
Yes — even just a starting price. You do not need a full price list, but showing "servicing from $45" does two things: it filters out customers who are not serious, and it builds trust with those who are. Customers who see no price at all often assume the service is expensive and move on. A rough range is better than nothing.
It depends on how competitive your area is. If you want to rank for "aircon chemical wash Singapore" and "aircon gas top-up Singapore" separately, then yes — each needs its own page targeting that keyword and that customer need. For a new website, I usually start with the homepage and one or two service pages, then expand from there based on what is getting traffic.
Because that is how Singapore homeowners communicate. A contact form means waiting for an email reply, which many people find slow. WhatsApp feels immediate — a customer can send a message, attach a photo of their aircon, and get a quote within minutes. I have seen aircon businesses double their enquiry rate just by adding a proper floating WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message.
For a standard five-page aircon website, I usually deliver within 10 to 14 working days from the day your content is confirmed. The most common delay is waiting for business information — logo, photos, the areas you cover, and the services you offer. If you can get me that quickly, I can often turn it around faster. You will have a clear timeline before we start.
Ready to get more aircon enquiries from your website?
If you are losing jobs to competitors with better websites, a new site is the most direct fix. I build aircon websites specifically for Singapore customers — mobile-first, WhatsApp-enabled, and set up to show up on Google for the searches that matter.
