LocalLaunch is a one-person web design studio based in Singapore. This page explains what information I collect when you contact me, how I use it, and how to reach me with any questions.
I keep this simple on purpose. I only collect what I need to reply to your enquiry and build your website.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, you choose to share your name, business name, WhatsApp number, and a short description of what you need. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with that information ready to send, so the message reaches me through WhatsApp rather than being stored on this website.
If you email me or message me directly, I keep that conversation so I can follow up and work on your project.
How I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the website work you ask for. I do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. These analytics do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.
Keeping your information
I keep enquiry messages and project details for as long as needed to do the work and for normal business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will, unless I am required to keep it.
